A long time indeed. Sort of expected something more detailed in the way of a filing, since the auditors were hired a year ago.

Dumped Firamada as soon as I realized what a scam it was, before I even heard of INFE. Bought INFE because it was unhyped at the time and in many ways similar to FAMH (currently selling for under a penny, btw). Figured INFE would be pumped up in a similar fashion at some point and it was. Got out with a nice profit.

I'm scratching my head after reading the filing as to how they will acquire a company with a $500,000 profit... wouldn't that cost a couple million? Yet they seem to say they could purchase such a company for $300,000. I'm not sure how that works.

Not sure why such a company would be interested in INFE stock, either, given the poor financial position they are currently in.

Well, I'm sure you remember all the promises of "big acquisitions" a year and a half ago. They love projections. If you still hold this stock, best of luck to you in the new year.
