Wish I had bought some ELAW when we first started talking about it 3 weeks ago. Now over $5 (and was over $6 intraday).

Given the performance of ELAW, Compass Data ought to do well if they promote the company at all.

Here is another competitor:

loislaw.com

A company called LoisLaw.....ticker is LOIS. Currently about 20MM shares outstanding with a market cap of about $600MM. They have a very nice website and have all 50 states online. Will provide some stiff competition for Compass Data.....I hope they are up for the challenge.

we are closing in on Feb.....
anyone know what month we could expect this one to be
priced ? Wouldn't we expect to see the registration
for this on FREEEDGAR ? Usually it's two months
before a company is priced after it registers.
Sometimes it's been sooner and sometimes it's been longer.
