I'll be offline during the next 2 days, and just want to wish everyone on this thread a safe, uneventful, and incredibly wonderful New Year's Eve!

Glitches and goblins will no doubt appear, but I pray that they will cause no hardship or misery, and that we will all be rejoicing come the light of New Year's Day!

I wish everyone New Year's blessings, and look forward to seeing you again in the New Millenium!

Yeah, I was kinda shocked as well.

But my friend emphasized that, from what he/she was told, it was just a measure of how far the British contingency plans have reached.

Let's hope and pray that it is just an issue of preparational "overkill" (if you will pardon the pun).

And yes, tomorrow will be interesting. If I hear anything from my sources that I am able to relate, I will do so.

Regards,

Ron
