OK - no news on the fab after the close. Guess we have to wait for the earnings release. Was reading DC's post on RB. A few comments: 1) The best resolution of the fab would be a sale to a third party or existing management for cash. 2) The next best resolution would be 1) above with XICO providing the financing. Why is 1) better? Who wants a Note from a company whose main asset is a fab with relatively old equipment and no financial resources to make the capital expenditures necessary to stay competitive? 3) The worse resolution would be some kind of a spin-off, where XICO shareholders become owners of the fab. Well, its been a great year and the company has come a long way. My congratulations go out to Management for all they have done to turn this thing around. Lets hope we continue to see rapid progress in 2000. Hope all have a happy and safe new year.
