OK - no news on the fab after the close. Guess we have to wait for the earnings release.

Was reading DC's post on RB. A few comments:

1) The best resolution of the fab would be a sale to a third party or existing management for cash.

2) The next best resolution would be 1) above with XICO providing the financing. Why is 1) better? Who wants a Note from a company whose main asset is a fab with relatively old equipment and no financial resources to make the capital expenditures necessary to stay competitive?

3) The worse resolution would be some kind of a spin-off, where XICO shareholders become owners of the fab.

Well, its been a great year and the company has come a long way. My congratulations go out to Management for all they have done to turn this thing around. Lets hope we continue to see rapid progress in 2000.
