Off topic. Tim, with all due respect but without reservation. It would be improper for someone to come to the thread on which you have traditionally posted and tell the posters there how to behave. By the same token, no matter how appalling you find the conduct here, it is not your place to come here and offer an opinion. It may appear to you that nothing is being done to keep this thread on target. That conclusion would be incorrect, Scathing criticism has come from the likes of Bryan, Swisstrader, Ellen, Fred, BarbaraT, WUWT, me and numerous others. On target, on subject posts are also frequent by the 2 Mikes, Stephen K, L&P, Kevin, Mars, Mogul and many, many others. This is a wide and varied thread. And of course we'd all like to see Kim back. Some of P&Ders have left, some that have remained have altered their style. A lot of thread participants are now vigilant in their efforts to reclaim the essence of what made this a very special place. Your appraisal of how this place is or should be is irrelevant...just as the appraisal of your site by the participants here would be and is irrelevant. I'd like to keep this pleasant You need to back off Tim. Just because your style is different does not mean it's more effective. This is not my place but it's where I choose to post for now. I can brawl with the best of 'em. I'd rather it not come to that. I've been told of the changes you've made to your thread. I hope they work well for you. Different places, different people.
