Siemans is trying to block Nortels acquisition of Qtera.

In my opinion, the court will refuse to grant any injunction or issue any restraining order because Siemans has "an adequate remedy at law" in the form of a suit for monetary damages if they can prove injury. As a general rule, a court will not grant an injunction if the complaining party has an adequate remedy at law in the form of a suit for damages.

I am suspicious about the motivation for this suit in view of the timing of commencement of the suit.
