No error....just some people who don't know better placing market orders. Use limit orders only so you won't get taken! Your order did not execute because there was no market at that price. Last week there were several people who paid 5.50 and sold at .50 cents, using market orders.

Jim, the quote you saw at CNBC and other sites could have been an old quote... few days old... as the NASDAQ is not updating OTC prices... there was a post earlier here to that meaning.... but, who knows what the truth realy is in your case...
