MM track record this year is better, much better, thank god, than the prior few years. However, he still attempts to take every opportunity to maximize his performance record. For example, he will issue a buy signal on a stock (most recent rec) when the stock is 12-13 level and the first trade is at 17 +/-. No subscriber could buy the shares at his listed price.
I wish his track record was based on his subscriber average prices, like other newsletters, rather than an impossible "touted" performance price. I think this is one of the reasons why Hulbert gives him a much lower track record than MM touts.
