Following todays disastrous fire and meltdown of the last giant Q ship on launch pad 1999, cleanup crews will be working all night to repair the damage.
Casulties are expected to be minimal as many of the crew were able to reach safety chutes and slide to ground from the burning capsule. A Burmese cat was found wandering nearby, stunned and scorched, but safe, to the great relief of the crew members.
A launch of the newest and much lighter vehicle, first of the QS 2000 series (designed by the noted scientist, Dr I. Jacobs) is scheduled for 9:30 AM EST with many celebrities expected to view the event from a distance.(G).
