Yes, the INPR Quarterly Report (dated August 16th, 1999) covering the three (3) month period ending June 30, 1999 does talk about the restructuring efforts that started this time last year. It's a good read and gives many specifics of the progress made in waking-up this tremendously under-performing stock.
