I can see $1,000 in bank passbook savings. I don't even have a passbook savings account. Not worth it with today's other liquid higher yielding money market type accounts. All these claims that 40% of the population has an average net worth of $1,000 can be manipulated however one wants. I guess it depends upon the agenda of the claimant. Regards
