OT..Walter, what do you suppose a cramdown is?
Do you think that might have some bearing on their price?
"On October 22, 1999 the Company filed a new Plan of Reorganization and Disclosure Statement. The new Plan is proposed as a cramdown on unsecured creditors and shareholders."

The FlashPath design permits the easy transfer of data, images and audio to and from flash memory cards via a PC's 3.5-inch floppy disk drive. Sony will distribute the new device under its own brand name, called Memory Stick/Floppy Disk Adaptor, on a worldwide basis. The arrangement marks the beginning of a collaboration between the two companies.
