Speaking of no facts, may I nominate as analysts of the year 1999, the firm Pincus Warburg, who called Softbank a good short sale at 36,000 yen? It's easy to misunderstand stocks like 9984. Calculate some (totally meaningless) P/E ratio of several thousand, then you have suitable material, without needing any facts.

andreas, normally i would agree with u, but in this case i cannot...i have to give bonus points to anyone with the courage to sell the parents home and his car in order to purchase 75K shares of softbank when it was trading below $100...his early calls on softbank,transcosmos,pcclf and jafco have cemented his credibilty with me ...jmo...btw, many thanks to netconductor as his quest to buy oddlots of softbank this summer allowed me to buy softbank in early july...my initial try to buy softbank last january was an exercise in futilty as i couldnt figure out how to get a quote on this stock...also, many thanks to all on this thread for enlightening me to this "gem". mact

andreas: I would have to agree with mact's words on michelda...I also thought he was a picker on steroids, but he has proven time and time again to be deadly accurate on his stock picks and targets...folks on RB are almost cultish about him...funny posts as well, at least I thought so, til I reread his post that read "SFTBF to 100,000Y by end of yr!" when we were at 25,000Y...didn't believe at the time, I do now...also got me into Trans Cosmos and made a good investment there as well.
