Webster,

I have printed. I am glad kirby challenged us all to look at the FA, couldn't agree more. I have a Finance degree and love the details but in my case it was very hard for me to get my hands around Q because of all the recent divestitures, etc...

It should become clearer and your model looks like a great start.

We know we have a 30M charge coming when the deal closes (FEB) and also "possibly" 300-400M in cash coming from the KY deal....

Q1 CC will be the key (as always its all in the call)

Web- Thank you for the effort put into this post. This is going to be a great starting point where we can tweak numbers for the Q! based on fiscal first quarter which we will see in three weeks. I think your premise is basically correct when you say that earnings will be proportional to the growth of CDMA now that most manufacturing processes have been "dumped". Analysts should not take long to start revising estimates and the confidence level of estimates should improve. Manufacturing costs have been eliminated. Let others worry about component shortages, labor problems, etc.. I am printing your post as well. Goes into the notebook. God, Please let me back in Q! in January cheaper than where I sold it.<gg>
