If you have owned SFE for 6+ years, then, like me, you have some decent profits. I will probably take some off the table and put them into more conservative investments. Diversification is my rule #1.

I have a small "professionally managed" account. In 6 years he has managed to slightly over double my account. My "self managed" account has gone up over 12x. You can see the kind of pressure that he, and his compatriots, are under to perform. They are no longer telling me that CMGI and SFE are irresponsible investments. In 2000 they will be buying them, offsetting the sales from some of us long term holders.

I see volitility ahead but no real correction until after the money supply dries up in April to pay our taxes. My plan is to realign in March and wait for the summer doldrums with some decent cash reserves.
