MTIC - Hitting New Highs - Another Turnaround Pick
My Three Reasons for Buying at $9.31 Close on 9 May 1999:
Stock hitting another new high today. . .very volatile stock

1) Stock trades at a steep discount to the Industry Average Price Ratios
* Recent Increase in Valuation - Now trades at a premium

2) Technical Indicators started to improve:http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=MTIC&d=2y

3) New Products offer promise of a turnaround in earnings and revenue going forward.
* MTIC Has been soaring because of its switch to fiber channel-based technology and more importantly because it had acquired a 25% stake in privately held Caldera Systems

Nice going with those stocks, Dave. You didn't give yourself any credit yet for DIAN and MLT. Does that mean there's more to come from those two?

I sold MTIC when I bought EXDS and doubled my money in a few weeks. Got lucky, I guess, but made a large % gain on MTIC too.

How about BIPL and GEOI? You see any potential for those old picks of yours?
