Tommy D!!!!
what do you think of the banks right now?

Sector at 28% Bear Confirmed. I am thinking for a longer term position than I am accustomed to as an "out-of-favor" play.

"C" is what I am looking at.

Tommy,

I just want to say "thanks" for all your, and your associates, help in this past year. I've made more money in 1999 than I ever have in my life. But more importantly, I've enjoyed more confidence and peace of mind than ever before. That feeling of "confidence" and self assurance is priceless.

The single most important lesson I've learned from you this past year is to define the "trade" at the time of purchase and WRITE IT DOWN. Is this a "short term trade" or an "investment"? I can't tell you how many times that has forced me to do what I otherwise wouldn't have done.

While from time to time I have deviated from the PnF dictates, at least I know when I am stepping outside the rules and play accordingly. Also this year I've learned the hard way to follow the DJBB as an interest rate indicator. I won't make that mistake again. Ah well, I never finish learning my lessons.

Thanks again for all your kindness this past year and the example of freely "giving it away". Your a role model worthy of emulation.

Dave
