It makes complete sense, and was how I thought things went. If I put in as much money on a riskier OTM option, I make more $. I guess what Frank meant is if he bought 1 contract of ITM vs one contract of OTM he'd make more on ITM. It's not the same as taking a $ amount and deciding where to put it
