I've had it burned into me that you never use a market order in a fast market because you can be filled almost anywhere. But in retrospect I would had been glad to have sold at 700, since I was not aware that my order did not fill (Waterhouse takes forever for order status updates)until after it was below 675. My mistake appears to not having placed the order before the bell. But even so, limit orders below the bid should act like a market order. . and come on. . .23 minutes of sells above mine. . the volume was not that heavy.
