I totally agree. I think this market has rallied thus far leaving a lot of people behind who were afraid of Y2k. For instance, I put my 401k money into Money market for the last quarter -- obviously a horrible mistake. Next year's money is earmarked for emerging markets though, which I feel will begin to outpace the United States. As far as individual stocks, I think IIJI or PCNTF could be great foreign internet plays and great way to play foreign enthusiasm.
