Please make sure to consider my just posted message.

Qcharts *itself* has a problem and you need to be tracking down what it is with great vigor. Think of the reduction in customer service issues you would have! You have been making improvements to the program with great speed yet have not undertaken to resolve this reliability issue at the source. It is worth the effort.

Many people are not aware that when a chart freezes up that when the data feed returns that the chart can still sit there unmoving. They need to either change the chart to a previsously unused symbol or clear the temp directory.

Clearly the program is at fault here- not the server- not the net. Fix it and we will all be very happy.

A couple of features you should add to help in the meantime:
1) Create a "clear cache" option within the program
2) Create a messaging system within the program (look to Cyber for an example). At the very least allow for a way for you to broadcast messages to all users. Again- think of the reduction in phone calls from confused & angry users!
