JPM was paid a fee for that I am sure. nanovation.com 12/6/99 "JP Morgan Securities Inc. arranged for the private placement of Series A Preferred Stock to a crossover group of 13 mutual funds and mutual fund managers." The earlier press release regarding financing mentions $16.5 million from a private placement. Did I miss a reference to JPM in this release?
