Basically according to the recommendation:

Strong and creditable management
Solid financial numbers
Leader in cable modem business
Particularly attractive because of their voice over cable technology

Conclusion: very undervalued stock with target price 50 (?)

Great interview. Its hard to believe anyone owning TERN isn't bailing out of it and buying CMTO after hearing about the games TERN plays. Happy New Year thread!!! DB
