Because that would require a view that extends beyond just a few weeks. You're not likely to find that from the AMDroids.

If Intel has stumbled as badly as everyone here seems to think (and there is evidence that a stumble HAS occurred, even to an Intel long like myself), why is it not a legitimate question to ask what the impact on AMD will be when Intel gets past the stumble. It seems to me that this is a question that is important to holders of both stocks.

Frank, it is a very fair question...but that's not what I was referring to in my post. I have been voluntarily restraining my impulse to respond to Intel long posts with flip/snide comments. The way joey set up his comments, it allowed me to come back with a comeback.....its hard to explain in a post but, at least in my mind, he left himself open for a flip remark.....not a big deal really.

In reality I agree with his comment.....AMD will have a much tougher time of it when Intel gets its act together.
