No kidding!! I was looking for the big boom about three hours ago. Especially since Yeltsin skipped town.

In 7 hours we'll see if the Clinton Nuke plant goes off. They're online now after being off for three years for "problems". It was just sold for $20mm after being built at a cost of $4 billion. Can we say problem?

Yes, it does seem the world is not about to end. It was rather fitting that the change in power in Russia yesterday was marked by Yeltsin personally handing over the briefcase with the rocket launching codes to Putin.
