Cornbread, sorry to hear about your past misfortune...

Once the system is mass produced, I expect it will become as common as the motion sensors or other basic Security Devices you see at Home Depot... I particularly like the remote monitoring through the Internet and the diversification away from all the pure Internet stocks we all own...

I picked up that bone you threw to Walter. I've read the filings, called the CEO, and took a position. On Monday I will visit the company. My plan is to do an independent test of the Secure Cam. That amounts to taking it back to Grandmas condo( on holiday with the family) and plugging it in. IMO, this is a $2.50 stock without the Secure Cam. If the Secure Cam is what they tout it to be, we will all be very happy. IMO, easily 500,000 units sold a year. This is not going pink either. They are compliant within the time frame given to them. Thanks FG, this is a winner.

BULLISH NEWS on SEVU: SeaView Looks Past 'E' to Rapid Growth...

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Jan. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaView Video Technology,
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU SEVUE) expects to resume trading under the SEVU
symbol today, following OTC removal of the "E" listing. According to
President and Founder Rich McBride, "All of our filings are current, and the
company is poised for huge growth."
McBride's comments came with estimates of tripled growth in the first
quarter of the new year. Expanded marketing efforts in the Marine Division
are expected to yield up to three times the gross sales of 1Q99. Projections
do not include any sales figures for the new SecureView products.
McBride says, "We're booking five times more boat shows than last year.
We also have a free showroom-demo plan for new retail dealers and a nationwide
dealer locator online." Although phone sales and direct orders account for
nearly 75 percent of the company's $2 million sales figures for '98 and '99,
McBride emphasizes the see-it-feel-it approach statistically closes 8 out of
every 10 qualified shoppers. "Just imagine what's going to happen now that
people can walk into their favorite tackle shop and see the product they've
been reading and hearing about."
SecureView(TM), the wireless light-bulb security camera, is undoubtedly
the gold mine, says McBride, "but we never want to forget the core business
that got us to this point. With SeaView(R), we've reached only .012 percent
of the 50-million-plus U.S. target audience. It's an education process.
People just can't believe the picture quality -- especially when we close the
lid on the carrying case and they can read the manual in total darkness!"

RE-POSTED from the RB SEVU Thread: latest assessment of the Potential...

Hi Prague... Thanks for responding to the invitation...

This reminds me a little bit of the MRTO thread when I helped kick start things along... It traded at 3/8 then and closed today at $7.69... Both were fundamentally undervalued stocks, just like XNET at 40 cents or HRCT at 3/8... I am in SEVU at an average of 65 cents...

I truly think that SEVU is by far the most undervalued of them all, as the few tentative figures I run recently based on the sale of 50 Millions units of "Secureview" over a 10 year period in the USA and overseas, show well in excess of $1 Billion in NET PROFIT over that period... The $10.00 level should be reached when a major Contract with the likes of Home Depot is signed, hopefully in March or April... The rest of the business is also doing VERY WELL, I understand!!

Small Businesses like SEVU depend to a great extent on the quality and savvy of Management... I have spoken at length with Rich McBride and have checked around with friends in Tampa... I truly believe Rich is a CEO "extraordinaire" who combines excellent technical skills (he invented the cameras) with great talent as a professional marketer, particularly in the field of TV infomercials...

Lastly, I found out that his inventions were covered by several Patents and that would be "Duplicators" will require Licensing by SEVU... All in all, this is a very pretty picture and I don't plan to trade any shares for at least one year... I have recommended the stock on the Year 2000 stock Contest and, IMO it has a good chance of winning...

Disclaimer: This is only my opinion, not a recommendation and no responsibility is accepted for errors or omissions... Potential investors should carry out extensive Due Diligence and only invest what they can afford to lose...

*#*#*#* SEVU: SUMMARY of DD *#*#*#*

Today was an excellent day for SEVU, up some 43% and 310% from 65 cents in mid December (entry point) to $2.00 today, on heavy volume of 505,000 shares... The initial Target of $2.50 should be reached early next week and the secondary Target of $10.00, before mid-year when the first major supply Contracts for "Secureview" with entities such as Home Depot, are released...

HUGE NEWS for SEVU: SeaView Expands SecureView Line, Confirms Moody's Listing

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Jan. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaView Video Technology
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU) will produce its SecureView(TM) "Light Bulb
Camera" in 12-volt and 24-volt DC versions, as well as 120-volt and 240-volt
AC models. In making the announcement, Vice President J. R. Cox explained:
"With our current major effort to finish production design work on the AC
version, the decision was made to move forward with the DC product as well."
"It makes sense to produce both at the same time," continued Cox.
"Because of certain design similarities, we'll see huge savings in the end
cost of products." The DC version will allow the company to enter the
automotive, RV, and boating markets. SecureView-DC will bring a small,
inexpensive camera to the commercial rail and trucking industries as well.
Said Cox: "We've got working units with full color and stereo audio, too."
The underwater camera utility patent will be strengthened via a PCT
application. The filing provides 30 months of international protection in all
major industrialized nations. "Intellectual Property protection is crucial,"
said CEO Rich McBride, "since we now own more than 17 patents and licenses.
Just today, I received the patent on WellCam(TM) for oil wells. The PCT gives
us the time we need to pursue patents in individual countries worldwide."
McBride previewed part of the schedule for the SeaView Stockholder's
Meeting January 22. "We'll see the new TV commercials for SecureView(TM), and
introduce two new products," he said. "When you see me screw in a light bulb,
then walk around the building plugging a TV set into electrical outlets, then
see that sharp clean picture appear -- it'll make a believer out of you. Then
I do it again, in full color!"
The meeting is set for 7 p.m. Saturday, January 22, at SeaView Corporate
Headquarters in Tierra Verde (St. Pete Beach). Rooms on the property are
still available at a reduced rate of $64, and potential investors and members
of the press are also welcome. Please RSVP via email
(sales@seaviewresearch.com) or by phone to Kim Hood at 727-866-3660 ext. 206.
The SEVU Moody's listing should be completed shortly, appearing first
electronically and then in print, giving the company "Blue Sky" and allowing
brokers to get aboard. S & P is expected to follow immediately.
