So all ICD shares become IC shares sometime after ICD dividend record date. I see the price difference is $1 which I assume accounts for the .63 dividend.

Looks to me like the issue at hand is whether IC(D) is a bank stock or something maybe more exciting (e-trading/interent/etc venture). If I take a conservative position and call it an aggressive bank (and apparently a "real" bank with a long term history, then per Yahoo, it's got some plusses and minuses: sells only a little above book value, has lots of cash. But has a debt/eq. ratio of almost 6:1.

Are you expecting that in 2000 IC will be reevaluated by the market at a higher p/e than currently?

Happy holidays,
Paul Senior

hi there mohan

good news came out yesterday i.e. the web-brokerage. saw a nice pop of $5 around. however, i was hesitating to get in last week in the 15-17 range due to Fed fears. do you think IC will drop below $20 any time soon???

thanks
