my reasoning is no better than yours. and I have no analysis whatsoever on IDC, although, what I am asking for is facts, not opinions expressed by you or me or some poster on another board.

there is obviously some facts not gleaned from IDC.

You know this kind of finger-pointing is reminiscent of this board about 2 years ago when many posters were trashing QCOM's stock as irrelevant.

Now we have the same situation again. Plenty of opinions and no facts.

I, for one, am more interested in reading info about IDC so that we don't end up in a QCOM vs. NOK fight of the past.

IDC may have a lot of useless patents and they may not but what is clear, right now, is that QCOM sublicensed a patent from IDC. What for?

Many QCOM posters are saying that QCOM pioneered CDMA. Is that really true or did the initial work come from IDC?

I would like those questions answered otherwise this is a pointless discussion for me.
