Hi!! RE: Actually it is very common. I have found unless I have gone up there with someone on that trail many will die before making it because of the fast pace. Andy and I raced it until we hit the boulder field...The "gears" ground to a halt with all that jumping from boulder to boulder...The altitude at the cables brought us to our physical limitations...14,256ft. was worth it though...You could buy a patch in the Rocky Mountain Ranger Station for bragging rights..Slept for 18 hours when we got home.. :o) Best, kemble
