Hi Christine, you have to be on the new SI to put people on ignore. But whyever would you want to do that?

click on a profile- (in the new SI) and choose the ignore this profile option- then decide how much you want to ignore the people- you have 3 choices- ignore to messages, ignore from messages, and ignore private messages- I recommend checking all 3.

I would compare it to the wonderful quiet you get when you swim underwater- you can make your SI world anything you want it to be.
