I think it was quite an achievement for SKYK to pull off the $65MM private placements given the extremely weak stock price. I agree the PPs are very dilutive, but the return on investment (ROI) is very high. That is, the finances will be used to purchase private ISPs at a small multiple to their annual revenues. The value to SKYK, once they are integrated, should be at least several times higher than the purchase price.

Re. the January effect, there are several near term milestones that should continue to drive the stock. SKYK *will* move off the NASDAQ bulletin board. This is a requirement of the most recent PP MOU. Also, SKYK will no doubt continue to acquire additional ISPs.

The big milestone, hopefully in the near future, will be SKYK's IPO. This is mentioned in several of their SEC filings including their most recent 10-K.
