I don't think you're alone. There were probably isolated incidents like this all over. We should hear about them in the weeks to come.

I'm happy that the "experts", soon to be the target of ridicule, hyped enough to get the money to fix the problem in time. I would hope that there were no major infrastructure failures; we spent upwards of a Trillion to deal with this. The only worry was "did we think of everything?" Well, as far as I remember last year, no one was predicting the year 19100 to come up in so many places. Now I'm waiting for the bill for 17,100 year phone call to my sister last night:-)

Anyone know what happened to Zone 2000 yesterday/today?

As promised, I'm changing the sign in font of my house from "Will buy generators, $100 cash." to "Will buy generators, $50 cash."
