Very much a non event. But then we spent god knows how much to get ready and then brought in a third party and paid them 3/4 of a million just to test everything. I did not expect any problems. I guess the surprise for me is that we had no major power or telecom outages in any of the Latin America countries. It is funny the company we just merged with preped for y2k but did not do the cast of thousands babysitting all night long. They figured that they were ready and would come in tomorrow and make sure all was well. It will be interesting the different cultures merging. Hope you had a good New Years!
