Hi Rich,

Thanks for the info on the warrants. When the news came out, I stopped reading at the $1.275 price and missed the rest.

You questioned why the line of credit didn't violate this paragraph:

The Company is restricted under the terms of the convertible notes from incurring any Senior Debt in excess of $10,000,000 or any other indebtedness (except Senior Debt and "Subordinated Debt" (as defined)) in excess of $2,000,000 at any time.

My guess is the line of credit fit the definition of "Subordinated Debt" and was not restricted to the 2M cap. I assume "senior" debt is like "senior" water rights but have a feeling that I don't want to know the other categories of debt.

When reading the paper this morning, I was stunned to see that two of my holdings were on the list of 1999's best performing NYSE stocks. (TTN and SFE are long term holds for me.)

When I finally looked at the other exchanges, I did a double take. NTN made the AMEX list!! The 555% for twelve months is a pleasant change from the past. <VBG>

Two of the new names on the institutional holders list are interesting:

yahoo.marketguide.com

HOWARD CAPITAL MANAGEMENT 12/31/99 251,000
FLEISS, KAREN M. 12/31/99 200,000

The March 6, 2000 issue of Barron's has an article about Tony Orphanos of Howard Capital Management on page 38. He is chief investment officer.

A quote--- "So it starts off by looking at things people do not like, then understanding what caused that period of underperformance to occur. And finally anticipating what the catalyst will be for that to change."

For the most recent filing for KMF Partners, Karen M. Fleiss:

NTN is one of the smaller positions but it is in good company.
