Bob, Re Y2K bug overblown, There are a lot of experts with egg on their faces over this one. I hope the media holds their feet to the fire - whose kidding
whom?.

True, but Yardeni was the royal hosanna on high mucky muck on the thing (at least self appointed), and he was considered an economic expert by some. Maybe he should have kept his nose out of the technology area, in which computers are obviously included.

How do you hold his feet to the fire? I think the silent majority will just ignore him from now on, enough for me.

Tony

Dear Robert: I read somewhere its estimated in the USA $365 for every man, woman and child was spent on the Problem. However, I must admit, a year ago I was considering liquidating ALL my equity positions by Sept. 1999 to avoid the FATE!! haha. Luckily for me market was down around then and since kept going up so fast greed got the better of me and I hung on. haha. JDN
