schwab has confirmed it and they gave me a case #. I'm waiting for a call back and to see how they fix it.

I do hope they fix that problem, but I don't think it has anything to do with Y2K. I had the problem today with RIG, on which I had no new transaction, and I've had the problem many times before. It happened recently when XON changed to XOM. It's a real pain to have to go back and input manual records. I'm glad you brought it to their attention.
