Face it, "confidential" information mailed to thousands of people at once won't stay secret for more than 2 or 3 minutes. Harmon has to know that.

Is he really going to track down every poster on Yahoo that released his list early under a pseudonym, and the hundreds after that who repeat it?

I don't see many real names on this thread to begin with.
