Disagree Jeff,

I would rather be a debt holder of the separate fab operations rather than an equity owner. This way at least the XICO shareholders will get something out of it (collection of the receivable). And if XICO can't collect the receivable, then your equity investment in the fab is worthless anyway.

The note receivable on the balance sheet will be a non-event to the street. What is going to drive the stock price in the future is top line growth and good earnings from the fabless model.

I am tired of talking about the stupid fab.

Lets talk about what is important to XICO's future. Rick W. says he has talked to the company and was told there was an up sizing of orders though the end of the fourth quarter. Lets see if we hear about this improvement in orders and possibly some good visability into the first half of 2000 from Management on the cc.
