Chris: The term "basing" is not clearly defined. If that means a stock moves in a narrow range, it could be MAXC50/MINC50 < 1.2 or MAXH50/MINL50 < 1.2 You need to play with the numbers 50 and 1.2 to meet your definition of "basing." Keep in mind that TC2000 can not do back test. TC2000 is quite useful in picking breakout stocks, for example, HCC, HTCH, LMT, RSG. Julius
