Well, I've only been there for about 10 days and I have to say that I forgot how much fun it is building up these small companies. I feel completely energized, its great! The salaries of the people we are hiring are about what they were 5 years ago, no kidding. Its a total india brain-drain too - I would say the database team has 80% foreign nationals. The wage inflation is in the stock... but most of those folks don't get much. So when Greenspan says "technology improvements" are the cause of no inflation he should really comment on imported/outsourced labor issues too.
