The odd thing about it is that DiCicco is the most upscale of the supermarkets around here. You pay premium prices there for slightly nicer produce and for not having to stand on a long check out line. The shoppers there are better dressed than the shoppers at the A&P or ShopRite. And they're trying to get refunds on H2O. Maybe they bought 300 gallons for their bomb shelters.

People returning water for cash ... sounds like a
liquidity crisis.
