"Baku, eat my dreams"

to be said when you are awakened from a nightmare.

In old Japan it is said that evil dreams are caused by evil spirits.
There is one good spirit, however, called Baku, a monster with a lion's head,
tigers feet and a horse body; it is the 'Eater of Dreams'
and invoking the behest will induce Baku to turn a bad
dream into good fortune by eating up the evil.

Not 100% guaranteed though. Can't have a smidgen of bad.
Woe is me.
BAKU eat my loser stocks...
