Well, this timing thing is a real drag. I'm glad for you that you got the email in time to act on it. All I'd received as of 7 p.m. PST on 1/31 was the email saying the list was coming out "after the market close" on that day—in other words, the email with this hot info about the list coming out after the close arrived about 9 hours after the close. The actual email with the link to the information didn't arrive until 11:50 p.m. PST on Jan. 31—essentially 14 hours after the close. This, of course, was just a trifle too late to do anything, even in an after-hours venue.

Harmon has helped me in the course of the past year, no question about that. The way this was handled, the possible leaks, and the overall timing leave a very bad taste, however.
