Interesting little slide in the OSX today. Friday's gains created a major bearish divergence on the 60 minute chart macd, so the drop was not too surprising from a technical point of view. No doubt, a lot of people were itching to get out but wanted another year to pay taxes on 1999 gains.

My targets in the next day or so are the middle-BB at 77.426 and the 50 day EMA at 78.309. I would hate to see those broken on a closing basis.

API numbers this week are a big question mark, IMO. Were there more drawdowns late last week in anticipation of Y2K, or did the extremely warm temperatures result in inventory builds? (It was almost shorts and t-shirt weather here yesterday.) My guess is the warm weather will at least cause NG to dip below the December low to create a bullish divergence. That could be a signal to get back into stocks driven by the price of NG.
