Hi Red:

You're absolutely right about the court decision. It's kinda like money in your pocket, the only time it assumes importance is when you don't have it. On the court decision , if it goes our way it's spectacular, and if it gores the other way it's only "GREAT". The important thing is to get it over and done with.

This train is definitely building a head of steam for the next trip.

Aber may lose big but WSP is not in too much danger either way.
If Aber is in then they have to come up with the "Green Stuff" for developement.

Errr... In Canada Green Stuff would need to be that Multi-Colored stuff :-}
