Michael, We have completed the 77 homes in our project, and sold them all. I don't have anything new started in construction. I doubt if I do a partnership again. I would like to build my own homes one at a time now, that use the latest efficiency technology. I like the idea of the new fuel cells that will make "off the grid" homes comfortable. I will not be bothered if you want to bow out of the religion discussions. Despite what people think, I am not obsessed with religion, but I will not stop discussing it either. I don't see the ugliness that you do. Please don't read my posts if they make you uncomfortable. Del
