The list was put out on Friday (I called customer service to confirm this having read it on the threads) ... however, I think that Steve is going to owe most people refunds. In the first place, he should have notified his subscribers at least a day in advance that the list was coming out on Friday. Most people shut off their computers at the end of the trading day; however, had they known the list was coming out they would have been willing to stay put and waited. But everyone believed it was coming out on Sunday, Jan. 2nd as was posted.

In addition, those that were still on their computers - some received notification in time to trade after hours and some received it later, too late to jump in ahead of the "public". The list should have gone out as promised - on Sunday - so that everyone would have had the same amount of time to dd and buy if so desired Monday morning. However, by releasing it ahead of time the entire purpose of paying for this list was canceled out ... to get a head start.

Sorry - but I think Steve made a legal faux pas and those that did not receive the list in a timely manner or were not "tuned in" because they expected it on Sunday and thus are now too late to buy as the prices are already up ... they will be due a refund.
