My OT2000 didn't load properly. There is a file that fails to self-register whatever that means.

They tell you to e-mail them the log file when that happens. I did. And then I e-mailed a 2nd time. Still no response. I telephoned the director of tech support and left a voice mail...no response.

So I called tech support directly and held on for 40 minutes on my nickle and finally gave up.

One last e-mail to sales telling them about all my attempts. No response of course.

Maybe I'm not the only one having difficulties with OT2000... <G>.
