To all the thread, Happy New Year!!! Even though both my teams lost today, it's hard to get depressed when I reflect upon how well our mutual holding did in '99. One of the real special pleasures that 1999 afforded me was to be able to financially help out some missionaries who are on the front lines in Zambia and Russia. In a way you guys participated indirectly because I wouldn't have had this stock become my largest holding (and very profitable holding) without the great work done on this thread by all of you over the years.(It caught up and passed my THQI which recently swooned and presented a great buying opportunity --hint, hint.) A couple of old friends of mine launched out on faith and took their young daughter and dog and moved to Rostov (not far from Kosovo) Russia with a 3 year commitment even though after selling everything they had and raising as much as possible from friends all over the country they only had two years worth of money. I wish you could have heard the message they left on my answering machine when they called from Russia after they found out we had taken care of their third year. I hope many of you will also find satisfying ways to pass on to others some of your good fortune in the coming year. A special Happy New Year to Dana who must be having a great day after his beloved Canes won today. Bob
