The Company has developed an impressive list of client companies for

Football League (NFL), Yahoo, Lucent, Rodale Press, World Championship
Wrestling, Entertainment Weekly, Philips North America, Monsanto and
ATT.

The Company was recently acquired by Cybanetix.com, L.P., and in its
current phase, it is building a true internationally targeted eCommerce
Portal, to serve dynamic websites; joint venture with key clients on
the utilization of client databases, sell and promote the products and
business of the client; and most importantly, expand eCommerce.com's
own businesses through acquisition and growth. The company's
stockholder equity has increased through recent funding and the
purchase of technology, shopping malls, and Asian businesses focused on
the China market.
